Arda Surf can provide accommodation in a 3 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms and a big garden. The house is located in Northern Portugal region (Alto Minho) a fisherman´s village, Vila Praia de Âncora, within walking distance of the town center and the coastline. The best surfing and kitesurfing spots, Afife, Âncora and Moledo are all within a 3km radius from the premises. It´s a good option for those who visit Porto city and Galiza(Spain) region, and want to surf a nearby spot surrounded by nature and clean waters.

Location

The Surf House is in Vila Praia de Âncora a traditional fishing village famous for it`s fresh fish & sea food restaurants.

Some 5 Kms to the North, after passing Moledo do Minho, is Caminha. An adorable small town in the mouth of the Minho River, with plenty of architectural, gastronomic and night life attractions.

Charming and medieval, Viana do Castelo is only 10 minutes (9Km South) away by car. There you will find many interesting historic monuments and also some very fine restaurants as the city is famous for its gastronomy.

Oporto is one hour away by car, and one hour and thirty minutes by train. The city of Oporto has just been awarded the 2013 Best Tourist Destination in Europe. It offers a wide range of activities, tours and it is famous for it’s night life. Various low-cost airlines fly into Oporto from many European cities, Brazil and the US.

On the other hand if you wish to visit nearby Spain, Vigo is only one hour away too. It is a fashionable and busy seaport. There you can enjoy the cultural richness of Galicia and experience the Spanish night life. Vigo is also serviced by many low cost airlines.
